Did the devil make y’all put this long ass subtitle too? If so, we need an exorcist in the studio board room. No need to repeat the title, this movie is decent at best. We’ve all seen demonic possession a million times and this one is no different. There’s no finesse or unique lore added. Just your typical White folk worshiping the devil.

Is it me or are all demons’ contortionists? There has to be some fewer flexible ones in hell. Anyways, the Warrens are back finding supernatural ways to meet their demise. This time they are investigating a case where a family is afflicted with demonic possession. There’s not as much spectacle in this one as it revolves around a true story.

This should have been the first in the franchise. It’s somewhat grounded and has ties to the first film and the Annabelle spinoff. Scares were predictable and repetitive. The villain is given few lines, no personality, and could use a tan. The studio should stop making these because the well has dried up. The Conjuring 3 barely gets a 6 out of 10.
